Train to Perform Membership

Whether you're a high school athlete aiming to elevate your performance, a weekend warrior taking charge of your health, or new to fitness and looking to build strength and resilience, this membership is for you.

Includes:

  • Private training session once a week focused on technique, progressive loading, education, and conditioning

  • Personalized training plan delivered daily via Resolve app

  • Access to Open Gym for additional coaching/training

  • Strength testing to assess progress and inform next steps

  • Accountability, Expert Coaching, Individualized programming

Small Group Training Membership

Focused on strength and conditioning, this program is perfect for post-rehab clients, as a supplement to other training programs, or for anyone seeking to boost their fitness with safe, effective, and fun programming.

Includes:

  • Group sessions 1, 2, 3, or 4 times per week.

  • Balanced and challenging training plan designed around your current level of knowledge, abilities, and goals

  • Train with a max of 5 other people

  • Strength testing to assess progress and inform next steps

  • Accountability, Expert Coaching, Supportive Environment

    Move2Better Golf

    Whether you’re looking to add yards to your drive, or simply prevent nagging aches, this program will provide the foundation for longterm success in the game.

    Designed and coached by a Level 2 TPI-certified physical therapist, this program will improve mobility, strength, and resilience to elevate your game.

    Gain more distance off the tee, play with greater consistency, and finish each round feeling strong and energized.
