Elbow Pain That Won't Quit Is Costing You More Than You Think
You've Tried Everything — and It Keeps Coming Back
Rest, braces, ice, even injections. The pain fades for a while, then flares up the moment you swing a racket, grip a club, or lift at the gym. Without addressing the root cause, it will keep coming back.
Generic PT Treats the Elbow — Not the Whole Picture
Cookie-cutter programs focus on the symptom site and send you to a tech for exercises you could find on YouTube. Real recovery means understanding how your shoulder, wrist, and movement patterns are driving your elbow pain.
The Longer You Wait, the Bigger the Setback
Chronic elbow pain can sideline you from sport, work, and daily life for months — or years. Postponing effective care often leads to compensations, re-injury, and harder recoveries down the road.

Meet the Team Behind Your Recovery at Resolve PT in Cherry Hill, NJ
Dr. Dan’s Story
I became a Physical Therapist so I could help people feel better, get back to sports after sustaining an injury, and fully participate in the activities they love.
As a high school and college athlete, I dealt with my fair share of injuries. During my junior year of college I found it difficult to participate in track and field due to pain. Though I spent a good amount of time in the training room receiving rehab, no real improvements were made and I unfortunately had to hang up my spikes sooner than I would have liked. I knew there had to be a better way.
After graduating from PT school, I worked in a variety of settings and with a wide variety of clients. I quickly realized that this profession has a huge opportunity to truly change people's lives, more than just returning them to sports, yet the healthcare system was not set up with the client’s best interest in mind.
This is why my wife Amanda and I created Resolve PT and Performance. To break the mold and provide a higher level of care to athletes, weekend worriers, and busy professionals who are constantly trying to balance work, life and fitness. We’re here for you.
I received my Doctor of Physical Therapy from Seton Hall University, Bachelors in Athletic Training from Springfield College, and am a board certified Sports Clinical Specialist.
Credentials
During my graduate studies I spent time rehabbing football athletes at the University of Georgia and worked as a per diem athletic trainer at New Jersey Institute of Technology. I’ve taken my knowledge and experience from working with athletes in Division 1 and professional sports, as well as frameworks from the Postural Restoration Institute, Selective Functional Movement Assessment, Dry Needling courses, and the Titleist Performance Institute to create individualized action plans THAT CHANGE AND IMPROVE LIVES.
Amanda’s Story
For as long as I can remember, movement has always been an important part of my life. I fell in love with dance at an early age and spent countless hours taking class, rehearsing, and performing. For me, dance provided exercise, an escape from everyday life, connection, and joy.
Now a mom of two young and active kids, movement looks a bit different these days. Our family enjoys dance parties in the kitchen, going on “scooter walks” and bike rides around the neighborhood, and trying out multiple sports and activities in order to figure out which ones the kiddos enjoy.
Though an educator by trade, I am really excited to partner with with Dan and help our community feel strong, empowered, and ready to fully participate in any activity they choose. Here at Resolve, you can find me working behind the scenes, greeting at the front desk, and strategizing how we can help as many people as possible live a pain free and active life. Looking forward to meeting you soon!
