🔹 Phase 2: Return-to-Run Progression (Weeks 7–12)

We introduce structured run-walk intervals. These sessions are designed to gradually increase your running time without spiking your workload.
Think: 30 seconds of jogging → 2 minutes of walking → repeat. Over time, the running segments get longer, and walking phases fade out.

This gradual approach is inspired by industry leaders like Chris Johnson, PT, and customized based on your injury history, strength, and goals.
